Redundancy in FAQ titles

I just noticed that at the top of every FAQ, it says "FAQ Question #X". "FAQ Question" seems redundant - it literally reads "Frequently Asked Question Question" (kind of an "ATM machine" thing). I realized it could also mean "Frequently Asked Questions Question #X" (referring to the FAQs as a whole, and then the individual "Q" that's being viewed), but in that case there should probably be a dash or some kind of separator, or there should be an "s" at the end of "FAQ".

So there are three options that would make more sense: "FAQ #X", "FAQ - Question #X" or "FAQs Question #X". I know most people in Support refer to them as "FAQ #X" or "FAQ X", and that's also the easiest to read in my opinion, so I think it's probably grammatically and stylistically best to use that option.
