Suggestion for FAQs #281 and #244 (underage issues)

Yesterday I suggested a FAQ change here. My problem is mainly that the user can't find the underage information easily, as it needs to be pieced together from the information given in FAQs #281 and #244, and the_cynic's entry here (which of course not everyone knows about). Also, FAQ #281 uses the title "How can I mark content as inappropriate for minors?" that doesn't tell the user that there's more information on underage issues than just the simple steps of how to mark content. A more general title could be used for the same FAQ, or - ideally - a separate FAQ containing the general information, linking to this one and #244.

-----------------------
My attempt at a general FAQ, using mostly the_cynic's text and the info provided in the existing FAQs:
-----------------------
It is not required that a LiveJournal user be aged 13 and over, only that a user under 13 must verify that they have parental permission to create an account. Until such permission is granted, all activities on LiveJournal will be blocked with an indication that the account has not been verified. Age verification can be done here: http://www.livejournal.com/agecheck/

If you are under 14 years of age you
- can only receive Private Messages from mutual friends
- cannot publicly display their date of birth on their LiveJournal profile
- cannot publicly display their contact information on their profile
- will see an adult content warning when clicking to flagged/journals or communities
- cannot be invited to or join communities set above their age level

If you are under 18 years of age you
- cannot see entries which are marked as Explicit Adult
- will see an adult content warning when clicking to flagged/journals or communities
- cannot be invited to or join communities set above their age level
