FAQ #133

FAQ #133, "How do I set my default text encoding?", has a very technical title and is therefore difficult to find.

I tried to find this FAQ today. I skimmed the category names, but it didn't occur to me that I would find this under "Site navigation features". Then I used my browser's Find function and searched for "language", "accent" (hoping to find "accentuated letters"), "foreign", "character", etc.

The average user doesn't know what a "text encoding" is (and as far as I can tell, it's commonly called "character encoding" anyway). I would suggest to change the title of the FAQ to "How do I write in foreign languages?" or "How do I use foreign characters in my journal?" or something on the lines of that.
