draft of the cache clearing FAQ

What we have so far. with thanks to rho for the Mozilla info:

Q: Why can't I see my current entries?

A: You are probably looking at a cached version of your LiveJournal page. To fix this, please clear your browser cache, then reload.

If you are using Netscape 6.x, go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences. Click "Advanced" and then click on "cache". From there, you need to click on "clear memory cache" and "clear disk cache".

In Mozilla 1.0 in windows (and most likely in all versions of moz):

From the edit menu select preferences, then under advanced select cache and click on "clear memory cache" and "clear disk cache".

In opera 6: File --> preferences --> history and cache --> empty now.

Needed: Instructions for IE, AOL, and possibly Netscape 4.7 and WebTV (and maybe something I've forgotten.

Not needed: further discussion of which browsers are superior/inferior.
