If you have been added to the Friends list of someone else, LiveJournal offers tools to assist you in dealing with a harassing user (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=108) and also offers security options (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqcat=security). Therefore, LiveJournal will not take action against users for adding someone to their Friends list.
The "if you have been added to the friends list of someone else" part seems to be new. It sounds extremely awkward though because it implies to me that you can automatically contact lj_abuse whenever somebody else adds you to their friends list. Why not take it out again?

Sounds better to me. Or is there a flaw in my logic?
