And, if you want to know what issues are topical in support, follow along with the Support Community:

Hm. The purpose of lj_support is to announce policy changes. What issues are topical, is seen by looking at the support board. :) That's also where you're supposed to help. Maybe this reference to lj_support should be replaced with the new Support guide, once it's online? (Is it yet?)
FAQ #61 (How do I manage my Friends list?):
You can remove a listed friend by checking the "Delete?" box before saving your changes. Many of the clients also allow you to add/remove Friends. If you have not yet downloaded a client you may do so at http://www.livejournal.com/download/ .
This reads like a really sudden change of topic. I think the part about downloadable clients should be in a paragraph on its own, be separate from the information about the web interface, and be at the bottom.
Usernames that appear in bold text when you view your own user info page or someone else's mean that you have added that person to your Friends list. Additionally, when you view the Friend-of list on your User Info page, usernames that do not appear in bold print are those of people who have added you to their Friends list, but whom you have not added back.
Personally, I find this confusing. Within the blink of an eye, we have switched from talking about why some of the usernames are bolded, to why some of them are not bolded. I think the last sentence should be de-negated:
Additionally, when you view the Friend-of list on your User Info page, usernames that appear in bold print are those of people who have added you to their Friends list, and whom you have added back.
Usernames that are struck through indicate a user on your Friends list that has either deleted their journal, or had it suspended.
Why does this say "on your Friends list"? It applies to usernames anywhere on any User Info pages: both Friends and Friend-of lists, and both mine and others'.
