I've updated FAQ153 (point amounts per usertype) and FAQ137 (general syn) to reflect that users now have access to syndication features.

FAQ153, just added in a sentence saying that free users get 0.99 points.
FAQ137, removed the first paragraph that said that syn is only available to paid/perm account holders. added "Users with Free Accounts can not create new feeds." to the end of the third paragraph
