Communities FAQ error?

The communities FAQs don't match the admin console. Specifically, the console (http://www.livejournal.com/community/manage.bml) gives the maintainer the option of allowing non-members to post in the community, but FAQ 76 says "Before you can add an entry to a community's journal, you must first join the community to gain posting access." (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=76)

Either the FAQ needs updating, or someone needs to fix the console to remove an option that does nothing.
