pne brought to my attention that in FAQ #128, the sentence
Unless you change the name of the style from the default name, you will be unable to create new styles.
should be extended to
Unless you change the name of the style from the default name, you will be unable to create new styles in that view.

In FAQ #128 (How do I create a custom style?) I changed:

to

Until you change the name of the style from the default name, you will be unable to create new styles for that view.
