[comm-manage] Creating a community overhaul - FAQ 79 et al.

A new change has just gone live that changes the way you create a community. You no longer need two accounts, just need to be logged in as maintainer, enter a username, set the options and poof - shiny new comm, linked to your journal (since you can't log in as comms anymore).

This was just announced in lj_support here

So I present a re-wording of FAQ 78 - How do I create a community?

Limitations on data addition

I think that we should add some info about comment threading to the limitations on data FAQ. How about

Once a post reaches 50 comments, comments threads will be collapsed. Once this limit has been reached, comments will be split into pages with 25 full comments displayed per page.

I got these numbers from perusing the code, but if I've misinterpreted it, please poke me.

Suggested update for FAQ 33 (Troubleshooting)

FAQ 33 ("Why are my journal entries showing an incorrect date/time?") doesn't mention the fact that the web client uses a 24-hour clock. I don't know if it should; I don't know how many people manually enter the time, and I don't know how many of those enter it wrong. But.
