CSS focus on S2

A follow up to bridgetester's post yesterday about FAQ 168 and FAQ 7, but moved to top-level.

I've been bothered by these statements in the FAQs:
You should use the S1 system if you're familiar with HTML and CSS, but you don't want to learn the S2 layout language.
If you're unfamiliar with HTML and CSS, or only want to alter small parts of your journal's appearance, the S2 customization wizards will walk you customizing your journal.

I think at this point, with the Custom CSS options available for every layout, S2 is the better system for those who are comfortable with CSS. Obviously S1 is still good for those who are comfortable with both, and S2 doesn't work for those who want to edit HTML, but I think it's a good idea to make it clearer that S2 is good for CSS editing.

I'm not trying to make someone else write this, but I do struggle with it, so I wanted to make sure I was headed in the right direction before I started. What do other style people think? From my completely non-S1 POV, it seems like S2 is the best option for doing CSS customizations but the FAQ doesn't reflect that.

Also, uniquewonders brings up the point that this is likely a good FAQ to explain that S2 offers more views, more styles, and more support (location and tags).
