FAQ #25: Paid Account Status

I'm thinking that FAQ #25 should be edited to explicitly explain what happens to an account's status such as paid time when it is renamed.

The How Renames Work section describes what happens to most important aspects of an account, and does mention that everything except the name stays the same, but if someone is looking to see what happens to their Paid Account time (or permanent or whatever), they're not going to find a definite answer. I think that a logical bullet point is one that details the account status and clarifies that it continues over to the new username.

P.S. Yes, I know that #220 says this but I also think it's necessary in #25.
