Paid account time transfer/refund

We've had quite a few Support requests recently where the user asked if they could have their money back or transfer their paid time to another account.

I would like to suggest to add the following paragraph to How do I delete/undelete my entire journal?:
As stated in the LiveJournal Terms of Service (http://www.livejournal.com/legal/tos.bml) it is not possible to transfer any remaining paid time you may have on your account to another account. It is also not possible to get a refund for it.
