FAQ #57: How can I help?

The paragraph about translating LiveJournal into other languages is lacking a bit of information. Some people seem to think their help is no longer needed because "most of the site is already translated". They don't seem to realise the FAQs need frequent updating. Therefore, I suggest the paragraph be changed from
* If you speak both English and another language fluently, and you feel confident with your skills, you can help translate LiveJournal into other languages. See http://www.livejournal.com/translate/teams.bml for a list of the currently established teams as well as their respective communities. Translators should also join the lj_translate community (http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=lj_translate). If you are interested in creating a translation into a new language, please post to the main translation community.
