Referencing other FAQs

leora suggested earlier, on IRC, that it would be nifty if someone would go through all of the FAQs, and determine where they could be improved by having references to other FAQs added, and seeing as I seem to have taken leave of my sanity, I decided to do just that. I didn't look at the conflicts with other users category, because I don't know enough about how abuse operates, but I looked through all the other FAQs. And though my main focus was on where links to other FAQs should be added, there are a few other notifications and suggestions mixed in with this lot. If any of my suggestions seem strange and inexplicable, or you don't understand my notation, then ask me.
