Should FAQ 85 link to /interests.bml?

FAQ 85 says that you can do "a regular interest search on LiveJournal" but doesn't explain how to do so.

In Dystopia, there's the little drop-down box at the top of the screen, and there's always /interests.bml; at least one of those should be mentioned, I think. (There's also the directory, but that's not available for all users.)
