I'm not sure if this has come up already (sorry if it has), but this:

should be changed, as the option to delete/undelete journals is now located at
http://www.livejournal.com/accountstatus.bml
Users are getting confused, because apparently (?) this last URL is neither mentioned nor linked anywhere.
