FAQ 131 (paid account benefits) mentions the subdomain name. I think it would be helpful to include the fact that underscores need to be replaced by dashes.

It's not really something that most users would be aware of, and I don't think it's documented anywhere (of course, if there's a "why is my subdomain not working?" FAQ that I'm forgetting about, feel free to ignore all of this).
