non-obvious FAQ title

I just went hunting for the FAQ on UTF-8 problems and mass conversion, and had the devil of a time finding it, because the title, "Why can't I edit my user bio, interests, or entries?" says nothing about UTF-8 or formatting and because I was looking for it to resolve a problem with memories. Is there a better title we could use? (Sorry, no obvious answer.)
