Comment timestamps, FAQ #156 and S2

It's my non-supporthelp opinion that FAQ #156 should not be referenced in an answer to a request from an S2 user such as this one, while the FAQ specifically states that comment time stamps are GMT -7/8.

While I respect the wishes of various people as to not supplying S2-specific information in the FAQ, I would ask that 156 be made more style system-neutral. Thoughts?

Edit 20:43: I wasn't going to mention this request originally as I wrote an answer to it, but it's all the more relevant now because the user noticed the deficiency in the FAQ.
