Update to FAQ17 or New FAQ, and update FAQ 47

Maintainers who have lost passwords to their communities, and no longer have access to any of the email addresses ever registered on the community account for whatever reason will not be able to retrieve the password for their community. However, they can still retrieve this password if they have access to the maintainer account - by changing the email address of the community through the maintainer account in Personal info, validating it, and then use the password retrieval function.

FAQ 17 I forgot my username / password!

We could add a new FAQ in community management, or tag on a paragraph in FAQ 17:
If you cannot retrieve the password of your community by the method above but have access to the maintainer account, you can edit your Personal Information while logged in as the maintainer. In the "Work as user" column, select the community in question in the drop-down box, and click "switch". Change the email address for the community and re-validate it (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=19). You can then retrive the password of your community by following the instructions above.

Suggested update to FAQ 47 What are "Memories"? How do I use this feature?

Suggest adding a paragraph on how to delete an entire category of memories (especially noting what to do if 2+ memories are listed under one category). And nope, I'm not coherent enough to write this.
