FAQ25 and FAQ56

Leora suggests that adding a bit about how to change your Displayed name (like how mine is "All your base are belong with acid") to FAQ25. Then renaming that FAQ to "How do I change my name?" so that it could encompass both options.

FAQ56 ("What is LiveJournal?") would also be really nice if it included a link to the LiveJournal Tour, but I could go either way on that?
