Minor edit to FAQ #17 title.

But - it's my first suggestion! *cheers*

In the title for FAQ #17, there are extra spaces between the words and the backslash. In other FAQ titles, there are no spaces. This makes the title for FAQ #17 look 'off' because it's stylistically different from the rest. Other FAQ titles have no spaces between the words and the backslash.

As it is now: "I forgot my username / password!"

I suggest: "I forgot my username/password!"
