FAQ 20 "How do I ban/unban a user from commenting in my journal?"

In FAQ 20 "How do I ban/unban a user from commenting in my journal?" the checkbox that used to show up to allow you to ban the user whose comment you just deleted from future commenting doesn't actually show up anymore, so that should probably be removed from the FAQ, leaving going through the admin console the only option.
