Suggestion for FAQ #14 (No Javascript or Flash)

Currently, #14 is in the Paid Accounts section. However, there are increasing questions from Free users who want to put something Flash-y or Java-y in their Bio or individual entries, who probably don't bother to read the FAQ section on paid accounts.

I think that #14 should be moved to the Troubleshooting section of the FAQ page, as I think that this might increase the number of people who will notice it and therefore won't open requests saying "Why won't my javascript work? Is javascript disabled or something?"

If this is done, the title should be changed simply to "Why can't I use JavaScript or Flash in my LiveJournal?" or something similar.
