S2 features list

one thing that's becoming clear in comments to the previous entry is that people think (and I agree) that we should have a list of which S2 system layouts support which customization features. I can think of two ways to organize this (since FAQs can't have markup, hence no tables): make the list by feature, and list which layout supports each feature, and make the list by layout and list which feature each layout has.
