Minor Change to FAQ 115

Now that FAQ 115 has been changed to deal with all LiveJournal email, the second sentence in the last paragraph should be changed to read:

The most popular mail transport package, "sendmail", comes with mail filters enabled by default that appear to block some LiveJournal email.
