Suggested Title Change For FAQ 72

FAQ 72 should have its title changed to reflect what it is most commonly being used for now (that is, as a basic guide to how to format HTML) in support. Therefore, I suggest that the title of the FAQ be changed to:

What is HTML? How can I use HTML to format the text in my journal entries or user info?

There should also be a link to http://www.livejournal.com/users/howto/24298.html in the FAQ. This could be inserted right before the section MIXING IT ALL UP as:

You can also use the <font> and <span> tags to change the color, size, and font of your text. A tutorial on how to use these tags can be found in the HowTo journal at http://www.livejournal.com/users/howto/24298.html.
