FAQ 164 - The suggestions FAQ

From the current FAQ. This is the end of the third-last paragraph:
If your idea seems feasible, the maintainers of the Suggestions community will make a poll within a month where other LiveJournal members can vote on your idea. Not all suggestions will necessarily be voted on, and not all those with a favorable vote will necessarily be implemented.
Given the recent process post by asciident, maintainer of suggestions (click here to read), this looks to be out-of-date. I had wondered earlier in the week about that, as I've answered some support requests with this FAQ, and it didn't seem right to me.

I propose deleting the sentences I've quoted, and combining the earlier part of that paragraph with the paragraph that follows it.
