userpic goodness.

I'm not sure what Ascii has in mind for userpics FAQs, but I would like to see an FAQ that explains how to "get" an icon.

It would link to FAQ 1 for explanation/instructions.

It would then list the various ways to get an icon:

create/edit one (can be done with graphics editing program)

search for a userpics community (link to FAQ 85)

contact the userpics team (link to FAQ 99)

And it would have a copyright warning/do not steal icons nag at the end with a handy link to the TOS.

I have this awful feeling it's been discussed, but I can't find it anywhere. Which of course means that as soon as I post this someone will link me to a post I wrote. But I've looking, I swear.
