confusedIt questions the fact on how you can make things Bold, Italic, etc.
Since LiveJournal recently added a Rich Text feature, you may use that, too, to make things Bold, etc.
I noticed that the FAQ has not been updated since June, of this year.
You may want to show users, possibly in screen shots (if possible in a FAQ) how to use the Bold, Italic, and Underline feature using Rich Text.
It could also be possible that you are writing a new Solution for this FAQ, and haven't updated it yet.
