sickDoes anyone else think updating FAQ 115 and incorporating some of what
teshiron says here?I say this because we do get a lot of regreens where the user protests, saying they don't have mail filters enabled, then we have to explain why all over again.
I could also go for the "change your address, here's the FAQ how" as an update, as long as there's the standard "but that may not work either and that still wouldn't be our fault" disclaimer.
(And if I'm not making sense, apologies...I think I have pneumonia)
