FAQ 137
In FAQ 137: How do I create a new syndicated account or add an existing one to my Friends list?, I'd like to suggest this rewording of the third paragraph. It adds in a note that a syndicated account's username cannot be registered if you want to make it a syn account, and it also fixes a typo ("you you cannot enter the URL of an HTML page on the site").
(I don't think it sounds quite right, so feel free to reword it as you see fit.)

You may be able to learn the URL of the RSS feed by contacting the webmaster or support service of the site. Users with free accounts cannot create new feeds.
