It is about the Mood Icons guide (http://www.livejournal.com/doc/find/?guide=moodicons). I don't know who can edit this information, but the guide directs people to
moodlist.bml in order to get a Mood IDs list, while it should provide more information than that (Telling them they should view a mood theme in a tree fashion, I suppose).What I am refering to specifically is this part:
moodID = the number of a mood for which you created an icon; you can find these numbers in parentheses on the LiveJournal Moods page (example: 15 for “happy”).
I am not sure who has access to edit this, or whether it is dynamic at all, so any information could be useful.
