FAQ Updates

I've gone through the suggestions since the last update, and here is a list of the changes:

  • [link] Added information on the maximum length of passwords and journal titles/subtitles to FAQ 148.

  • [link] Reworked FAQ 174 so it directly answers the question in the title. Also added a link to FAQ 7.

As always, if I've missed anything or if there was no consensus reached in the discussion of your proposal, please make a new top-level post to bring the issue to everyone's attention.
