Regarding FAQ 78

Our beautiful FAQ 78 states that the account to be converted to a community must be empty. That's not strictly true. The account must be free of entries posted by that account.

For instance, if you convert a community to a regular account, all the entries within it keep their original authors. You can then convert it back to a community, even if it's packed full of posts.

I'm not sure I've got recommended wording in me right now. I'll edit this post if I come up with anything, but don't count on it :)
