Proposed addition to FAQ #191

FAQ #191: http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=191

I noticed while updating my journal yesterday, that if the Update Journal page (http://www.livejournal.com/update.bml) is open for too long (ie you take 10 mins to write an entry), when you press the "Update Journal" button, you will get the "incorrect time value" error.

I propose that FAQ #191 be edited to insert a paragraph about this (or perhaps as an addition to the fifth paragraph).

The gist of the paragraph would be:
If you take a long time to write your entry, you will get this error as you are trying to post an entry later than what is specified in the Local time field.
