Move a paragraph in Backdating FAQ

In the How do I Backdate my stuff, I would like to suggest moving the last paragraph up to be the first or second.

Or, alternately, maybe put a "USING THE BACKDATE ENTRY OPTION" heading in just before that paragraph. It tends to get kind of 'lost' down there at the bottom--I've seen several SNH's recently about 'but that FAQ didn't tell me where to find the option.'

RTFM reaction aside, LOL, I do think it could be better set off from the rest of the "explanation" part of the FAQ.
