[comms] Merging 77 (what is) and 85 (how to find)
Taking my first serious look at FAQ 77 (What is a community?), much of the last four paragraphs contains information that is unrelated to the question itself.
Given that FAQ 85 (How do I find a community?) is pretty short, I have a feeling that the contents of the two could be merged into one big "What is a community? How do I find one?" FAQ if 77 was condensed a bit and made more singly focused.
I'd gladly write new sections of FAQ concerning the new community invite system to go into 101 (How do I join?) and 80 (How do I add users?), if I knew how the new system worked.
