FAQ 138 and Memories being b0rked.

The Style Systems category relies on FAQ 138 and it's happy link to howto's memories in about 70% of requests received. deslea made a great post here: http://www.livejournal.com/users/howto/28163.html in the interim which allows us to link to that rather and explain to the user to use that instead of the memories.

This is a bit complicated, so I'd like to add a note bold! at the bottom that simply says:

Until further notice, the Memories of HowTo are inaccessible. Please use this entry: http://www.livejournal.com/users/howto/28163.html to assist you in locating tutorials.

Any objections? Wording changes? Etc? It's meant to be temporary and will be removed when Memories are working properly again.
