FAQ 204
Beautiful new FAQ 204 is great, but where the features are listed, I think that even though it may seem redundant, FAQ 72 should also be listed next to:
*Change text size
*Change text color
so that FAQ 204, in the fourth paragraph, reads
* Make text bold, italic, or underlined (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=72)The reasoning behind this is because users do not know that Change text size, Change text color and Make text bold, underlined or italicized are explained in the same FAQ.
* Change text size (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=72)
* Change text color (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=72)
* Link to other websites (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=67)
* Add an image (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=6)
* Link to another LiveJournal user (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=75)
* Cut part of the text using the lj-cut tag (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=75)

FAQ 130, which involves FAQ 6
Although FAQ 130 is always useful, and was just updated, I don't think that those two questions belong together [Why are my images not displaying? What is remote loading?] because they are ususally addressed at different times. In support, I have rarely come across a request asking why their images are not displaying, but more frequently, how they can add an image into their LiveJournal, which brings FAQ 6 into play, and currently, approving SH's require that FAQ 130 is mentioned somewhere in the reply.
Therefore, I suggest that the part in FAQ 130 that talks about remote loading should be moved into FAQ 6, which would make support easier, because adding images into your LiveJournal always requires remote loading. Then, volunteers do not necessarily have to reference FAQ 6 and FAQ 130 at the same time.
Thanks, if you bothered to read my whole ramble.
EDIT: I didn't think this was important enough to post in a separate entry, but what decides where the FAQ's show up when answering support requests?
