[entries] Add list of allowed HTML tags in subjects to FAQ 72?

FAQ #72 explains which HTML tags are allowed in entries.

Perhaps it could be expanded to show which of them are allowed in entry subjects? As I understand it, the list is . (This is the content of @$subject_allow in cleanhtml.pl.)

For example, replace

Comments allow all of the tags shown above except form tags such as and .

with

Comments allow all of the tags shown above except form tags such as and . The subjects of journal entries allow only the tags .
