Move a paragraph in FAQ #2?

Stemming from this discussion, should the paragraph currently located at the top of FAQ #2 (entry editing/deletion) be placed between the "Using a Downloaded Client" and "Futher Reading" subheadings? Unicode problems aren't really widespread anymore, and having that information at the top could prevent skimmers from moving down to the information they're looking for. I like having the second paragraph up there, but the Unicode paragraph doesn't seem to fit.
