faq 177 - custom s2 styles

from faq 177:

"Additionally, for security reasons you can only preview your style as it would appear if applied to your own journal pages."

this is confusing to me because if i am logged in as myself and apply an s2id (that corresponds to a style that i own) to another journal, it will show its journal data in the style that i specified.
