FAQ 67

This is: How do I add a link to another journal or another web site in my entry? Why doesn't this FAQ just tell you to use lj-user to link to other user's journals? It mentions it generally as a concept at the very end but then just dumps you into FAQ #75. That one is awfully technical and leads off with lj-cut, which is a more advanced topic than user link, I would say.
