[troubleshooting] FAQ122 | why can't i reply to comments via email

throwing this idea out there at the suggestion of daveman692. no draft since i'm not sure how eager people are to document things of this technical nature, even though i can see how it would be useful.

in FAQ122, what do you all think of having a bit more technical explanation (such as explaining POST vs GET)? it just seems like some users who understand that stuff would appreciate it, and it'd help curb some of the questions from support, i guess. *shrug*
