FAQ 140 : Proposed Addtion Text

Here's the proposed text for 140 - override b0rkage.

One common problem that arises when GLOBAL_HEAD overrides are correct, and no other errors may seem present, is the use of the *_WEBSITE override. All *_WEBSITE overrides require that you specify a website on your user information page (http://www.livejournal.com/editinfo.bml) in order to work as expected. You do not need to have a website of your own, as you can simply use the URL of your journal. Instructions on how to locate the URL of your journal are explained in the following FAQ reference: http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=104. Any other valid website URL will also work in this field.

Completely open for tweaking. Trust me, I won't get offended.
