FAQ120 | make my journal FO/etc

this FAQ explains how to make a community friends-only as well; if we suggest this, we should also suggest that they limit membership to the community (making it friends-only with open membership is security by obscurity, which is icky). objections?

Note that this will not stop people from being able to read the entries unless you also restrict membership of the community.
