[comments] FAQ 156, [userpics] FAQ 99

I mentioned this to rho, and she said to post about it here. The FAQ on comment timestamps says:

Also, the time displayed on a comment will vary depending on the style system the journal is using, S1 or S2. While this is not always the case, most journals using S1 timestamp with Pacific Time, and most journals using S2 use GMT.

This is inaccurate. The style system doesn't actually make a difference (though, since custom comment pages are only possible in S2, there is a relationship); the comment page style is the important thing, and an S2 journal with site-scheme comment pages will show the same time-stamps as S1 journals on that server. I'd suggest changing it to something like this:

Also, the time displayed on a comment will vary depending on whether the journal uses site scheme comment pages or customized comment pages. While this is not always the case, most journals using site scheme comment pages timestamp with Pacific Time, and most journals using customized comment pages use GMT.

Edit: And a small wording suggestion for FAQ 99, Who can help me create or edit a user picture?. It currently says:

If you have a specific image that you want to be altered, please send it as an attachment to your email.

"That you want to be altered" sounds odd to me; any objections to changing it to "that you want altered"?
