This is inaccurate. The style system doesn't actually make a difference (though, since custom comment pages are only possible in S2, there is a relationship); the comment page style is the important thing, and an S2 journal with site-scheme comment pages will show the same time-stamps as S1 journals on that server. I'd suggest changing it to something like this:
