New FAQ: Can I transfer my paid account to another username?
I'll be adding some new FAQs for Account Payments. Please check this first one for grammar and content:

Can I transfer my paid account to another username?
Answer:
As is stated in our Terms of Service (http://www.livejournal.com/legal/tos.bml), paid
accounts are not transferable.
The only way paid time can be moved is through the use of a rename token. For more information on renaming a username please see http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=25.
